OUR LAY CO-WORKERS ARE VERY SPECIAL TO US

There are people who say that the only reason Religious are interested in Lay helpers is because of a decrease in vocations to the priesthood or consecrated religious life. We would hope that no one could say that this is the view of the Clonard Community. We take the view that everyone who is baptised is called to be a missionary, to be one who spreads the Good News of God's Kingdom of love. This opportunity for the laity has always been a feature of the Redemptorist life in Clonard.
