All the activities of the day are set out to involve each person in an enjoyable creative way. A welcoming, caring and safe environment is fostered. The use, of leader input, large and small group discussions, techniques such as writing, role-play, music, drama, prayer and Para - liturgies are explored.
Our aim is to provide a variety of activities that help raise the self-esteem of the participants. We explore issues of spirituality, relationships and building community. We discuss justice and social problems of our world.

Young people are encouraged to work together - nobody is left out. Everyone is important and is needed by all because of a variety of experiences, personal strengths, gifts and talents each person brings.

Small groups will have between 10 and l5 participants
